Each brake purchased here comes with one universal adapter, you’re choosing the thread pitch in the dropdowns, with the exception of the BRAKE ONLY variants which don’t come with an adaptor.

With the original 3-Port Hellfire now 8 years old, and the family having grown to include the Hellfire 2P, the Hellfire LFS, and the Hellfire Match, along with a serious family of suppressor mounts, there was always something we wanted to make. Now, it’s time.

This is the Hellfire Ti.

CNC Milled right here in Ohio with a Grade 5 6Al-4V Titanium main body, the Hellfire Ti is built for your hunting rifle, with the performance you’d expect on your Match rifle.

The HELLFIRE Self Timing Brake system is not just another knockoff copy of existing self timing brakes.  It was engineered from the ground up to be extremely effective, easier to install, and much more versatile.

Extremely easy installation, brake WILL NOT turn as you torque the collar to lock.  No more guessing where the brake ports will line up once you tighten it down!

Simple round knurled nut that requires no tools to time the brake.

Return to zero is excellent.  This means removal of your brake and re-installation will not require a zero change.

Simply torque the universal adapter onto your barrel with a 5/8″ wrench, this piece never has to come off.  Next, LEFT HAND thread the brake/collar assembly onto the adapter until it is almost snug.  Now rotate the brake until it is level, push the brake into the adapter and you will feel it lock onto the taper.  Now tighten the collar fully by hand, and you are done!

Caliber Selection

For these brakes, caliber selection is simple. If your rifle is a 30-cal rifle (or smaller) you select the “.30 and Under” option. This includes 308, 300 RUM, 30-06. 300 Win Mag, etc – or ANYTHING smaller (7mm, 6.5mm, etc.).

If your rifle is 40 cal or smaller (but larger than 30 cal) you should select the “.40 and Under” option. This would include 338s, 357/9mm, etc.

If your rifle is 50 cal or smaller (but larger than 40 cal) you should select the “.50 and Under” option. This would include 458s, 45/70, etc. This brake IS NOT RATED FOR 50 BMG.
