We accept returns for store credit and/or exchange if the item is defective. There is no requirement for the item to be unused if it is defective.
In almost all cases we will also accept returns for store credit or exchange if you change your mind or if you purchased the incorrect item. However to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with packaging seals intact (for sealed items). We reserve the right to refuse to accept a change of mind return, however in practice this only occurs when customers are abusive or exceptionally difficult.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, in most cases if we can find your order in our system then proof of purchase isn’t required.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item out to you will be deducted from your refund.
You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if the return is due to our error, such as shipping you the wrong item, then we will refund your cost of shipping.

Refund for Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected (and meets the above return criteria), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is rejected then you will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost to return the item to you.
If your return is approved then your refund will be processed and you’ll be issued with store credit within 5 working days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not received your returned item, then we cannot process the exchange/refund.
