We accept returns for store credit and/or exchange if the item is defective, if you change your mind or if you purchased the incorrect item. However to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with packaging seals intact (for sealed items). There is no requirement for the item to be unused if it is defective.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, in most cases if we can find your order in our system then proof of purchase isn’t required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if the return is due to our error, such as shipping you the wrong item, then we will refund your cost of shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item out to you will be deducted from your refund.

Refund for Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected (and meets the above return criteria), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you’ll be issues with store credit within 5 working days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not received your returned item, then we cannot process the exchange/refund.
