What a surprise! Sturdiest monopod I have ever held in my hands. Can easily be used to defend yourself from any feral attack by itself (and will NOT break). Excellent engineering, parts fit, gender is easily identified as metal. Fits my pistol with a picatinny rail or rifle or camera. A well made product and I am truly impressed. may be a bit heavy for some or long romantic walks.
