EGW Lightweight Tactical Picatinny Scope Mount Rail Base – Tikka / Sako

Picatinny cross slots run the full length of the rail, which gives the shooter flexibility when mounting scope rings and other accessories. The channel in the center reduces the overall mass of the mount, weighing in at 2-3oz on average. Also, in many cases, it will not obstruct usage of factory iron sights. EGW’s one piece scope mounts are the obvious choice for hunters and tactical shooters alike.

Installation: EGW recommends 20 inch lbs of torque and a drop of blue loctite

Notes:

SAKO TRG, M995 RAILS: These are not dovetail scope mounts. Your gun must be drilled and tapped for this scope mount to work. This scope mount comes with Hex Head Metric 3.5 X .6 screws.

TIKKA T3 RAILS: Tikka T3 rifles made after 2003 use 6-48 screws. Guns before 2003 use 3.5 x .5 metric screws. We only provide the 6-48 screw variant.

Modification to the front of the mount is required to fit the Tikka T3X Tac A1. The mount must be cut down to fit behind the stock front end. This mount is not the same height as the front end.
